Secure ScreenOy is a growing Insur-tech start-up, located in Helsinki, Finland. Our product sare high-technology innovations, focusing on rental-house landscape, Web technologies, Open Banking and Artificial Intelligence. We are now hiring a growth-oriented Country Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. With the help of the seasoned management-team, you will be designing and implementing growth strategy in Spain.

A country manager has overall responsibility for the operation. Responsibilities can differ,depending on the type of expansion in question, but may include:

·      Leading the country-specific joint-venture as a Managing Director

·       Leading country-specificstrategy

·       People management

·       Liaising with, and implementing, the decisions of the broader company leadership

·       Recruitment, hiring andpayroll in that country

·       Budgeting, planning and reporting

·       Ensuring compliance with ocal tax, employment and business regulations.

·       Sales responsibilities

·      Actively using your current relationships to sales prospects, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals and gaining repeat business wherever possible.

You have been working in Germany for several years, and you know how to do business in the country. You know your rental-business, such as how the market works, and you understand the concept of -and how to gain- a competitive edge.

You don’t need to bring any technical skills, nor you need to manage local tech people. The company provides technology and all required localizations people and skills.

We expect

• Knowledge and experience of rental-business.
• You have experience in managing teams, or small companies, successfully.
• Eexperience from other start-up projects is also a meaningful background.
• You have ongoing relationships to network of potential partners, so that you do not need start from the scratch.
• You have a deal-closing, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working.
• Verbal and written German language skills.
